IE6 Cannot Connect But Email&PCanywhere working

WIN2K/IE6

IE6 cannot display the requested page, but my email and pcanywhere are
working. I've restarted with no luck. I've also just found out the spyware
software was allowed to expire. If this is the case what can I do? Any
ideas? Thank you.
