Another program is interfering with IE- possible a parasite. Work through
the solutions at http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm Also note the
security tips on that page.
Run CWShredder, Ad-aware and Spybot.
Or, a legitimate program could be causing this. Disable programs such as
ad-blockers, antivirus, toolbars and other add-ons to IE. You may have to
reinstall (or not reinstall) one of them.
