IE6 and real one player

Can't get real one player to load at all , in the error
logs i keep getting http3260.dll as the foulting module.
anyone have any suggestions?

Recently i have also noticed a lag in display time when i
right click in IE, and also a hang when loading some web
pages...ran antitrijan, and ad aware...also ran reg
cleaner.
