IE6 and Outlook Express

Since installing sp1 for xp pro, I can't get to a web site
via web links in emails. The address highlights, arrow
turns to finger but no joy. Same thing happens if I am on
an internet based email such as yahoo mail.

I can surf fine, just can't use links sent to me.

Any thoughts??
