IE6 and Netscape71

I can send email to all web sites except for Fidelity.com. Netscape will
send email to Fidelity. Not sure what problem is with IE6, downloaded latest
updates from MS.
 
Is it blocked by a hosts file?
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.
