while accessing different web site's I get a run time
error and I am constantly being asked by the machine to
debug.I have all the latest upgrades offered by msn and
nothing seems to correct the problem???????

From in internet explorer click toold internet options
then the advance tab and check off disable script
debugging and uncheck display notification about every
script error
