Runtime Error

I keep on getting a popup window asking me if I want to
debug.I said Yes once. I was then asked to identify
microsoft script editor. Each time the runtime window
appears it references a different line.
I am lost on this one.

Common script errors messages can be eliminated by Clicking:
Menu: Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab.
Check "Disable script debugging"
Uncheck "Display a notification about every script error"
