Ok Thanks brian But I tired that and dint slove the
problem Microsoft Help and Support Center has encountered
a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience.I`m still getting this error is there
anything else I can maybe Try I hope lol.

You cannot uninstall IE. However what you can do is go to
www.microsoft.com/downloads in the first drop down select
internet explorer. The first option that should comup in
the list is IE6 with sp1. Downlaod that and reinstall.

In this case, if you are having trouble understanding the
troubleshooting pages, take the computer to a good local computer
repair company (not a CompUSA or Best Buy store) and have them fix it.
It will not be expensive and you can move on.
