Hi all,
When i open my IE, i get a lot of unwanted pop up
browsers.Somehow it get planted in my system.How do i
delete them all?

Use Opera. It's got a great popup blocker built in.

Run Adaware on your PC to search for spyware. Its free and available here:

SpyBot - Search + Destroy is also a useful application to search for Spyware
etc. Its available free of charge here:

http://security.kolla.de/index.php?lang=en&page=news

NOTE: Always choose to backup files before letting those Programs delete it.
So you can always come back if errors occure after a cleanup.

Try to install a free spyware detector and removal such as adaware or
spybot. Update the reference files after install, run and follow the steps.

You might want to try the beta Google tool bar. It has a pop-up
blocker built into it. Works real well too, but be sure you get the
beta version.
