IE won't start - I get a "Send Error Report" DialogBox

Internet Explorer won't start.. I only get one of those "Send Error Report" dialogs..
When I do send and then can view details of the report I get some Error about Winshow.dll

This is the same message I am getting. I will be in

middle of a euchre game and the error message will pop up.
I clicked on "don't send" and I got booted from site. I
need some answers also.

This started to happen on my PC last Sunday. Exactly the
same error message with winshow.dll...
I tried downloading IE again, did not work... Neither
deleting files/cookies...
I'll try other stuff, I'll let you know
In the meantime, if you found out, please let me know too
