IE won't load

Explorer won't load with just one user. It goes right to
the "Send Error" report. The error message that it sends
is "Application Error...faulting App. iexplore.exe ver
6.0 2600.0 fautling module" Any suggestions. It works
fine when other users are logged on
 
I have the same problem but could not find the requested
file in the system32 file.!?
