IE wont find internet need to reload and can't

One of my users somehow loaded one of those proprietary internet search enhancer/spyware software thingers...:P anyways is there a way to reload the settings for internet explorer without reloading the entire os? everything else still works for network connectivity except IE6 sp1 this is a windows XP pro SP4
