IE ver 6

Hello, I have the following error everytime I want to go to gmail.google.com
from google.ca. Is there anything I can do? I also have the same with
some other pages. If I click on debug, it closes and if I clik on
close,then nothing happens.

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: urlmon.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2900.3231 Offset: 0003b5ce

I have xp pro sp2

Funny, I'm getting the exact same problem.
If I try going to another webpage first then go to gmail I can at least get
into my gmail but it is a pain and a solution would be greatly appreciated.

OK - I found some other posts and this seems to have worked for me also.

Uninstall
Security Update for Internet Explorer 6 for Windows XP (KB942615)

I haven't seen the error again... Keep your fingers crossed.

Turn off your anti-virus and anti-spyware programs and uninstall KB942615.
Then reinstall it and then turn them back on.
