OK when Using IE and I click on a link or any button such
as submitting a search on google, the CPU usage goes to
100% and IE seems to freeze for a second before the page
loads. I have used Adware removers and all removed the
adware everything seems fine except for the hesitation
when i click on something..

You may need more than AdAware try Spybot and CWSHredder.

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
