IE spikes cpu to 100%

5 mintues after launching IE, cpu usage gets spiked up
100% and then drops but everytiem you scroll up and down
or click on anything it spikes back up agian and freez
the PC for few seconds, and so on...please help

Some parasites will do just that.

Remove all the parasites on your computer.
Delete all the spywares and bad BHOs from your system.
