IE Suddenly lags to a complete halt!!

hitting alt ctrl del shows that all the cpu usage is at
100% but everything except those windows works, if i
start a new window it works fine for a while too, its
just when it hits that window it will stop too, but then
open a new one and your ok... its a vicous cycle! I
installed and ran spy sweeper and adaware both said they
took off all trojans, ads, etc. off... whats wrong and
how do i fix it?

Start looking for this malware with these tools. Make sure your AdAware is
up to date.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

Let AD-Aware Scan your system for advertising Spyware

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.
