IE Stopping from showing active content

I have a phone directory from our local phone company installed on my LAN at
home. When I try to access the directory from the client pc's, I keep the
message: "IE has restricted....from showing active content". How can this
be changed so each client can access the directory without this warning
coming up?

Tools, options, advanced tab, allow active content... I don't know of a way
to roll that out to all of them so it's going to require going seat to seat
as far as I know.
