IE shutting down

I have a problem with MS Internet Explorer. Whenever I go
to certain websites, the browser immediately quits. No
message or any warning; it just shuts down and closes.
This is very frusterating. I have no idea why it does
that. Only with some URLs. Has anybody else had this
problem?

Start>Run>type in: regsvr32 urlmon.dll>ok
Now open Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web
Settings>ok

It did not help. I know it executed as supposed to
because I got the OK, but no help.

in did not help this.
