IE shuts down

Internet explorer shuts down when I try to go to our
company admin site. After I enter my log in and password
and hit ok, internet explorer shuts down. It doesnt do
that with other site. I never had any problem before
today. Any help?

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).
