Has anyone encountered this message:

Restart Microsoft Internet Explorer.

I've had this problem since beginning of July. HP
Instant Support has helped w/o resolving problem. I've
removed IE, reinstalled IE, restored my pc to a previous
date...without success. Any ideas!!!
