IE shuts down

Has anyone encountered this message:

I've had this problem since beginning of July. HP
Instant Support has helped w/o resolving problem. I've
removed IE, reinstalled IE, restored my pc to a previous
date...without success. Any ideas!!!

Hi,
I, too, have been having this problem since July, and it
seems to be getting more frequent. I have send numerous
error reports, without any results. Just this evening I
got this window up no less than 3 times. It is a mystery
to me. Have you found out anything from anyone about
what causes this, or what to do about it?
