My IE opens but either freezes up or sends the error
message. The error message seems to pop up when I am on-
line and use "open in new window".

I believe it has something to do with ModName: shdocvw.dll.

But I can't find ANY help on the topic!

Is there no help ? My IE is doing the same thing . It
will not open, that message continues to pop up.
