IE settings

In the Microsoft Spyware program the IE settings page and
the restore page disagree on what are the default
Internet Explorer settings. This should be fixed I hope
before this program comes out of beta.

Also the Avanced Tools Browser Restore has a mistake in
what it lists as the Internet Explorer start page. It
should be http://www.msn.com but instead it claims the IE
default is something else [too long for me to type here
easily].
