When clicking on the scroll bar in IE, the screen moves
down more than one page. Started about 2 weeks ago and I
can't figure out why. Any ideas??
Thanks in advance.

Caused by a bug in the recent Q824145 patch.
Microsoft probably knows about it by now.
By the time we get used to this 'new'
feature Microsoft will fix it!!
------options here------------------
