IE Save As only allows bitmat format

I am using Win XP Pro, SP2, IE 6.0.2. When I do a "save
as" I am only given the bitmap format option. I have
cleared the cache, turned off "do not save encrypted
files to disk", manually deleted and recreated the temp
file index. The registry file extensions appear to have
the correct content type associated with them. Any ideas?

Try the following and see if it helps:

Safely Delete the Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History.

If these steps do not resolve your problem, please post back to this thread
with the details and any error messages.
