IE resizes Outlook message window

When I send a link from IE, Outlook seems to
reduce the size of the message window to quite small (2" x 2"). When I go to
Outlook to send a message, this smaller window size is still in effect.
Opera does not do this. How can I change IE so that when I send a link,
etc. the Outlook window size is the same as I would normally use?

Thanks.

Resize the window to whatever you like, the next window you open
should be the same size. This applies to most Windows programs.

I think you misunderstand. I have resized the Outlook mail message window
many times, but every time I go to send a link using IE it opens to a very
small mail window, and then when I go back to Outlook I must enlarge this
smaller window when I compose a new message. Is there any way to configure
the size of the mail message window in IE?
