IE redirects to dialer pages

Hi everyone,

when I click on banners on website the IE opens not the
site the banner normaly redirect. Instead it opens a dialer
website.
I have scanned my system with spybot and ad aware and
norton antivirus but there was no result.
Also the run keys in the registry did not show a unusual entry.

Did you know other tools or possibilities to find the
reason for this behavior. I think reinstalling the IE would
not solve the problem and this is the last thing I would
like to try.
