One of my users has a problem with this program
(Quicklaunch.com) opening when he tries to do searchs on
the internet. I have tried a couple of different things
listed in the WinNews but nothng has worked. Any ideas,
thanks.
 
Sounds like adware. Do a scan with Spybot Search and Destroy (easily found via Google), and it should be taken care of.
