Got 2 problems - on staring my computer, IE acts as if it is still going
from before - messages that I can't view this content offline, do I want to
connect, and then, that IE has to shut down (even th9ough I never opened
it). Am also getting lots of popups, despite using Earthlink pop-up
blocker, which has worked well until now. Maybe the two are connected
problems?
