Hi,
Try the Reset button in Internet Options> Advanced. Note that this will
delete stored (autocomplete) passwords. Do you have those recorded
elsewhere? (Many users don't.)
If resetting IE settings resolves this problem, you will still have to
re-enable browser add-ons individually to see if the troublesome one can be
found.
See:

More on add-ons and other third-party programs...
The troublesome program may not show up as an add-on. Disable other
security, privacy, ad-blocking programs to see if one of them is causing the
problem. Any program that interacts with Internet Explorer could be causing
this. The connection with IE may not be obvious, such as Google Desktop.
A firewall or security suite might be causing this problem. Be sure to turn
on the Windows Firewall from Control Panel> Windows Firewall before
disabling third-party firewall or security suite.
One setting which sometimes causes problems: Internet Options> Connections>
LAN Settings> Proxy server should probably be unchecked.
Hope this helps,
Don
