IE problem Please help

When I close internet explorer, it signals the following error

I did a clean install of Vista Busimess, with no other programs installed
and I keep getting this error.

The program tries to find a solution, but this does not work as it simply
shuts down and restarts Explorer, after which the same error occurs.

I have no problems with Firefox, but I do not consider this the solution as
I want Vista to work properly.

PLEASE HELP

Try this: Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\System Tools\Internet Explorer (No
Add-ons). Do you still get the error?

With no add-ons I get the same error. Also there is no driver problem as all
my drivers are Vista ok.

There is always the option of last resort

Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Reset
