IE Popups Being Supressed

Lately, one of my WXP PCs is not allowing popups to come up, even when I am
allowing popups. I have to hit CNTRL to get them to work. Another PC of the
same configuration does not have this problem. Any workarounds to this
frustration? Thanks in advance. I have seen that others have had this
problem, but no answers yet.

Make sure you do not have any popup blocker installed/enabled.
