IE pops up automatically

I'm sure this is adware or some kind of intrusion. Windows XP SP2 freshly
rebuilt. IE opens randomly displaying http://www.gosearching.com
How do I get rid of this and where to look. I've ran MS Windows defender and
am also running SAV Virus Scan.

to an appropriate forum.

It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware with
