IE pops up automatically on startup

My IE with tis URL: http://scheo.com/srchasst/srchcust.htm keeps popping up whenever I boot up my pc. I've tried installing applications such as Adware & Spybot but none of these helped. Can someone pls advice me on wat to do? Thanks.

There is a sub menu in the Start menu called "Startup". This will list all
program that start automatically when you login to your machine. If there is
a shortcut for IE in this menu you can remove it.

I managed to solve the problem myself... Just to share with others in a similar situation..
Download tis application called RegRun, it manages ur startup among other stuff... Solves my problem instantly!
