IE pops up automatically on startup

There is a sub menu in the Start menu called "Startup". This will list all
program that start automatically when you login to your machine. If there is
a shortcut for IE in this menu you can remove it.

I managed to solve the problem myself... Just to share with others in a similar situation..
Download tis application called RegRun, it manages ur startup among other stuff... Solves my problem instantly!
