IE Parasite

Whenever I open Internet Explore I get a menu
bar "allaboutsearching/passthrough/. I want to get rid of
this parasite. How do do that?
 
Look through the net to find adaware progs to remove
this. The popular oens are:

adaware, syybot search and destroy, hijackthis, c&w
shredder
