When I try to organize my favorites I get an error message as follows:

An error has occurred in this dialog: Error 104 Invalid class string.

If there is a fix for this error, I'd appreciate it being shared with me. All suggestions and possible fixes will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

That was posted on Feb.9,2009. Since then Organize Favorites has been fixed, but during the process I did try resetting IE but that failed to work.

Thanks for your suggestion.

Dutchess843, can you tell me how you fixed your organize favorites?

When I try to organize my favorites I get an error message as follows:
An error has occurred in this dialog: Error 104 Invalid class string.

I am having the same problem and have also tried resetting IE and it failed.

Thanks

regsvr32jscript.dlll repairs the 104 error

Hi Duchess843

Thanks it worked, funny thing is I tried this solution before and it didn't work. I figured out why it didn't work and that was because I only typed in .dll and not .dlll .If anyone else reads this make sure you use.dlll ,as it makes a big difference.
