IE often crash

I have a Dell double CPUs work stations, which installed
Windows XP with CHS system local. i found the IE in this
machine crahed very often when browe web page, some
times, Windows Explorer also crashed when i navigation
files from harddisk.

If someone knows the way to fix this issue, pls kindly
let me know.
 
Please provide any error message as it will help to identify the culprit.
