IE 7 crashes often

I use Win XP Home Edition, Internet Explorer V7 Japanese version

When I open multiple web sites and closes one, I get error notice asking me
whether I want to report the error to Microsoft. Either way I respond, my
Internet Explorer crashes and closes.

Is there any fix to this?

Problems such as this are often caused by an incompatible browser add-on.
