IE Not Working at All

For the past couple of days IE hasnt been working so I have been stuck using
Netscape Navigator. I have Norton Internet Sercurity and it hasnt found any
viruses. When I start IE it says page cannot be displayed as if there is no
connection to the internet. When I start Netscape it works fine. It has also
affected my AOL applicationas well; my pictures do not come up in my mail and
i cannot use certain entities of AOL. If anyone has any knowledge on this
problem or know of a solution please help!

I have the same problem, so far nothing has helped (including MS tech
support, re-installing the IE from the windows disc, etc. Please let me know
if you find some solution to it.
