IE does not start at all

IE has stopped operating completly. Receive error message
when I start IE. Will not start at all. Been trying to
download through Netscape Navigator but it can read the
file I am trying to download. Windows Explorer is the same
as well.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
