IE not loading and "turn off" box keeps coming up

Avast, Defender and Sygate firewall installed

I posted a couple of days ago but got no replies - so here's hoping.

I had a problem with not being able to open explorer, getting kicked out of
sites when I did, and turn off box coming up all the time.

I installed Defender, which found a couple of problems and removed them.
Thought I had sorted it because everything ran fine for about 6 hours.
This morning it's started to happen again.
