IE needs refresh to open

9 times out of 10, when I open my IE I get a white screen
with mx1>here . I need to refresh the page to get it
to open to my homepage. Any suggestions?

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
