IE Maximized?

How do I force IE to open new windows maximized? I've tried ctrl+close and
shift+close...where is the checkbox that says 'Open new F'ing windows
Maximized' !!!??? tia
 
Why would there be one? What gives IE the right to cover other windows.

Merely open one of the windows and resize it by stretching the borders to
fit the screen with your mouse. When you close the window, they will all
come up the same size. Maximized if that is what you wish.
