IE kicks me off my ISP home page

After going on line (dial up) with Netzero, IE pops up with "performed an illegal operation" window. Details state that IE caused a stack fault in module MSHTML.DLL or caused an invalid page fault in module FLT.DLL. I get kicked off my home page and the cycle repeats itself. I can still receive email but cannot surf the web. Any ideas how to remedy this?
