Hopefully this question has been answered before, so here goes...
After upgrading from dial-up internet connection to wireless broadband (via
LAN), IE 6 keeps trying to connect via the phone line despite the facts
that:
1) The broadband connection is already active (it's always on)
2) I've set the IE Connection/Servers property to "NEVER DIAL" the land-line
modem.
IE ignores the setting and tries to dial repeatedly. How do I get IE to
honour its own settings?
I'm using XP Pro on a stand-alone desktop, single user, with all updates
installed. Office/Outlook has no problems, just IE.
