IE is not working

If I attempt to launch IE7, "Internet Explorer is not working" is
displayed. It can launch if "Run as Administrator" is used.
Please anyone help.
 
Hi,

Click start and type "Internet Explorer" into the search line. One of the
entries that will appear in the program menu will be to load without addons.
Select this one and see if it runs. If so, then what you have is a plugin
that is requiring elevated privilege to run, and you will want to disable it
as this is quite unnecessary and actually can be quite dangerous (harbor a
virus or other malicious code). This can be done from the Control
Panel/Internet Options/Programs tab, click the button to manage addons.
