IE Hijacked??

When I get on the internet I cannot get to a lot of websites, however I can
get to some. I think that I've been hijacked, but I've run all the programs
like ad-aware, spybot S&D, CW shredder, hijack this, virus scan, etc. and
nothing seems to work. I also cannot get into the windows update to get the
critical updates that I have been ignoring (my fault). What else could be
the problem and what else could I do to fix it? Do I need to do a reload
repair or just wipe everything out and redo my computer. Please help.

Hi Lori, when you scanned with Ad-Aware and Spybot did either program give
you a name of something that they found?If so Please post it here.

I checked and I can't find what the names were but they said they were
critical when I quarantined them. I installed SP2 from a CD last night, and
also did a repair reboot for my operating system and nothing seems to be
working. is also looks like it is taking over my virus scan too because that
is really malfunctioning now. What do I do?
