IE has encountered a problem and needs to close

Whenever I am on the internet, I get the following error
message " IE has encountered a problem and needs to close"
in iexplore.exe with a modname of sysil32.dll. After
searching the MS knowlegde base, I found errors similar,
but with a different modname - none of them have
sysil32.dll. Any idea why this is happening?

Hi,
This is probably a parasite/malware problem.
Start with CWShredder from
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html

Then download, *update* and run Ad-aware and Spybot.
Both programs should be updated after installation- before use.
