IE hangs

I've got the problem that after the computer loaded a page
IE hangs for 10 - 20 seconds.
By Netscape an Opera there are no problems.
I've already deleted the cookies, the tmp-files, Zone
Alarm, Adgone, Virusprogram.
I've reinstalled IE 6.0.
I've stil the problem

I had the same problem, and the following worked for me:
scan for adware and get rid of it. Then open Internet
Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab,
uncheck "enable third party cookies." Good luck! Carolyn

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.

there is no "enable third party cookies."...all i see is
"enable third party browser extensions."

please tell me under what other option do you see "enable
third party cookies."

also please tell me the option above and below this option
you say exists...is it possible that you have more options
in the dialogue box than i?
