IE General Protection Fault

I keep receiving the same error message whenever I try viewing a Media Player
video that is embedded on a webpage. The video completes its buffering and
as soon as it begins to play, the error pops up.

IEXPLORE caused a general protection fault
in module VVLYV12.DLL at 0001:00000093.

My only option is to close any and all IE windows. I have searched for
malware and have found nothing. I also make sure my virus software is turned
off during updates and software installs. This all began when I downloaded
and installed IE 6.0. The previous version (don't recall version number)
worked fine for many years.

This error is due to faulty Creative Labs driver. If you have your
original driver CD then you could install it. Otherwise, right click My
Coputer, Properties, Hardware

and try to find your creative lab device (sound card or camera drivers)
and let Windows try to find the appropriate driver from the internet.

Hope this gives you an idea to how to reload your driver.
