IE Error

Windows XP SP2
has worked flawlessly since the install several weeks ago.
this morning started computer up and was surfing the net
and i randomly started getting an error
"internet explorer has encountered and needs to close" yada
yada yada
When I read the technical details the error is in module

mshtml.dll
 
Problem was Yahoo Companion Toolbar...
